Supersymmetric Heavy Higgses at e+e− Linear Collider and Dark-Matter Physics

چکیده
We consider the capability of the e+e− linear collider (which is recently called as the International Linear Collider, or ILC) for studying the properties of the heavy Higgs bosons in the supersymmetric standard model. We pay special attention to the large tan β region which is motivated, in particular, by explaining the dark-matter density of the universe (i.e., so-called “rapid-annihilation funnels”). We perform a systematic analysis to estimate expected uncertainties in the masses and widths of the heavy Higgs bosons. We also discuss its implication to the reconstruction of the dark-matter density of the universe.

SUSY dark matter ∗ –
A short tour of supersymmetric dark matter and its connection to collider physics. 1. Quest for the dark matter Recently the existence of dark matter has been confirmed through the CMB measurements [1]. Because the baryon density of the universe Ωb is only 1/6 of the matter density of the universe Ωmh = 0.27 ± 0.04, the dark matter should be explained by the physics beyond standard model(SM). T...

This paper describes search strategies considered in the LHC collaborations ATLAS and CMS for the discovery of the heavy Higgs bosons A, H and H± of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model. The emphasis is put on the channels that allow to cover a large fraction of the (mA, tanβ) parameter space. a) Financially supported by the FNRS and by the Belgian Federal Office for Scientific, Technical ...
متن کاملSupersymmetric Dark Matter and the Energy of a Linear Electron-Positron Collider
We suggest that supersymmetric dark matter be used to set the energy scale of a linear ee collider. Assuming that the lightest supersymmetric particle (LSP) is a stable neutralino χ, as in many incarnations of the MSSM with conserved R parity, previous calculations that include coannihilation effects have delineated the region of the (m1/2, m0) plane where the LSP cosmological relic density lie...
متن کاملAstrophysical search strategies for accelerator blind dark matter
A weakly interacting dark matter particle may be very di cult to discover at an accelerator because it either (1) is too heavy, (2) has no standard model gauge interactions, or (3) is almost degenerate with other states. In each of these cases, searches for annihilation products in the galactic halo are useful probes of dark matter properties. Using the example of supersymmetric dark matter, I ...
متن کاملPrecision measurements, dark matter direct detection and LHC Higgs searches in a constrained NMSSM
We reexamine the constrained version of the Next-to-Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model with semi universal parameters at the GUT scale (CNMSSM). We include constraints from collider searches for Higgs and susy particles, upper bound on the relic density of dark matter, measurements of the muon anomalous magnetic moment and of B-physics observables as well as direct searches for dark matter. ...
